I just binge read this book. It is so cliche but I’m going to say it I couldn’t put this book down! For all 482 pages I was engaged and wondering where the storyline would go next.
See Me starts off by introducing an unknown character. You don’t know whose perception this is until the very end of the book. You might think you know, but you probably don’t. The story line then moved on to introduce a young successful lawyer with a past and also a has been trouble maker turned straight arrow. The two are a very unlikely match, but thier stories converge into a riveting tale of murder, police chases, love, danger, and the depths of human emotion.
Having read other Nicholas Sparks books, this one is honestly not what I was expecting. Although it does have a hint of a love story it was very nontypical of Sparks’ genre of sappy love stories. This is not The Notebook by any means!
I would recommend this book. It was a quick and easy read. The story line was very easy to follow, but always kept me guessing and interested.
Until my next review!
