What’s For Supper on The HK Bar?

A whole chicken that was raised right here on the HK Bar. This chicken, once a rooster, was raised free range on all natural farm food; bugs and grain.

I put the frozen chicken into the crockpot. I sprinkle a generous amount of seasoning salt and cook for eight hours on low.

Poof! Easy, healthy supper for this cold day.
